Taste Buds: Borealis Grille & Bar

This past weekend, I was in Guelph with my girlfriend and her family, and we went for brunch at this place. Without question, one of the best meals I have had in a long time.

The rule of thumb for this restaurant, is to serve organic food, that comes from Ontario. That being said, the quality was impeccable. It’s plain and simple; Organic food, just tastes better.

I had the Macaroni and Cheese:

“Decadent blend of aged cheddar and local cheeses, with crisp panko crust and side salad”

Scrumptious.

My Girlfriend had the Eggs Benedict:

“The Classic (w/ Peameal) served on an english muffin, served with home fries”

Delectable.

The next time I go, it will be for dinner, and it will be a monumentous occasion. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a deep appreciation for delicious food, cooked perfectly.

Sunday 10 a.m. (weekend brunch items are served until 2:30 p.m.)
