Today it’s just a bit of stubble, tomorrow it’s scruff, and 10 years from now it’s a beard. A little bit of fuzz on the face has been an emerging trend for the past decade where having an unshaven face is actually becoming socially acceptable. Bring on the beards! Below are just a few pioneers who have taken this emerging cultural trait to the extreme.

Haha I love this, so many influential beards have brought society to where it is today. I still think that employers probably have a little dislike for guys who apply with big dirty beards.

You know, I actually really like a beard. I have no idea why; my father never sported one, so no male influence. But a good gruffy beard can evoke the whole viking warrior image, throw me over your shoulder and charge. As a compassionate feminist, should I even be admitting this? ;)

Maybe being a feminist has nothing to do with it? It could just be your subordinate fantasies coming into play. Especially if you are custom to taking an alpha role in other areas of your life. Most alpha’s tend to desire a subordinate role in the bedroom.
