ESPN’s ’30 for 30′ Documentary Series

Everyone has that “sports fan” in their lives.  You know, that guy or gal who’s nuts about their “team” or just sports in general?

What does one buy said super-fan? ESPN’s: 30 for 30: 30 Films for 30 Years, that’s what!

This unprecedented sports-documentary-series was created by sports guru Bill Simmons.  Its purpose is to celebrate ESPN’s 30th anniversary and features today’s best and brightest directors (e.g. John Singleton, Barry Levinson, and Ice Cube). Its content provides viewers with the greatest sports moments of all time!

The 1st box-set has just been released and features stories like: “No Crossover: The Trial of Allen Iverson;” “King’s Ransom (Wayne Gretzky story);” and “June 17, 1994 (O.J. Murder Trial story).”
